Our cakes are made from the freshest raw ingredients. No pre-mixes. Cakes are made from scratch, baked a day before your event(depending on size

of order).

You will find below the lists of flavors we offer. If in any case you won't find the taste you fancy on our list, please feel free to suggest it to us,

as most requests are catered.

Banana cake

My favorite cake of all time. Moist, dense banana cake layered with buttercream of your choice: Swiss meringue buttercream or creamcheese buttercream.


Butter Cake

Moist yellow cake layered with Swiss meringue buttercream.


Carrot cake

 The classic favorite. Moist, dense carrot cake layered with Swiss buttercream or with creamcheese buttercream topped with roasted walnuts.


Chocolate Cake

Moist, dense, chocolate cake layered with Swiss meringue buttercream.(Choice of chocolate buttercream or whipped chocolate ganache is also available)


Chocolate Espresso Cake

Moist, chocolate cake soaked with fresh-brewed espresso, layered with espresso buttercream.






 Pricing and Bookings



 

Cake prices depends on many factors: The design, the size, the flavor, 
thus I don't have a fix price. Please feel free to contact me for a quote.  
I am also happy to sketch you a design to accomodate your reasonable budget.
When asking for a quote, please include the following:
*the design (can be in a form of pictures or if you don't have any I am happy to
 sketch you one)
*the size (the number of people you expect the cake to feed)
*the flavor
*the date of the event 


BOOKINGS:
To avoid disappointment, a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event is required
 if you want a cake from me.  In some cases, I can accomodate rush orders depending on my work load and the complexity of your cake design.

Marble Cake

White and chocolate cakes swirled together layered with SMBC.


Red Velvet Cake

Red velvet chocolate cake layered with Swiss meringue buttercream.


Strawberry  shortcake

Yellow/or white cake layered with strawberry buttercream.

White cake layered with white chocolate buttercream and berry preserves of your choice.
